Growth Pipeline Owner | AI-powered SEO & Performance Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Scope adjusted by level: Intern → Fresher → Junior)
- Support and own the growth pipeline to drive leads, signups, and Trial → Paid conversion; optimize CAC/CPL
- Plan and execute growth initiatives across the funnel: Awareness → Lead → Trial → Paid
- Launch and optimize paid ads on Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn, and X (based on ICP)
- Track and optimize key metrics: Signups, CAC, CPL, ROAS, CVR, Trial → Paid
- Collaborate on landing page optimization: A/B testing, CRO, heatmaps, session recordings
- Set up and manage analytics and tracking: GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, UTM tracking
- Build and optimize lead gen, retargeting, and conversion funnels
- Use AI tools for SEO, content creation, performance analysis, and basic automation
- Prepare performance reports and insights for Line Manager / CEO
REQUIREMENTS
- Intern: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Data, or related fields
- Fresher / Junior: 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth roles
- Foundational understanding of growth funnels, paid media, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with paid ads platforms (Google, Meta; LinkedIn and X are a plus)
- Basic experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
- Hands-on usage of AI tools for SEO and marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Strong data-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and willingness to test and optimize
- High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to execute with guidance
